All Pilates Mat and Wunda Chair Classes are 55 minutes each unless noted
otherwise. Yoga Classes are 75 minutes each unless noted otherwise. All classes
require advanced registration. Instructors, classes and sessions are subject
to change without notice. New clients should arrive 5 minutes early to
complete paperwork before your session. Please be prompt. Classes start on time.
All clients should wear socks during their session, along with comfortable
workout clothes.
If you are new to pilates or yoga, we recommend doing our Introductory
Package before taking a group class.
