Pilates Class Schedule
Attention Health Pass Holders: Your Health Pass can only be used for
Pilates Mat & regular Yoga Classes.
*Intermediate/Advanced Students only

All new clients must first take our Private Session Introductory
Package before registering for this class.
(B) - beginners
(P) - Prenatal/Postpartum
(S) - Seniors
All Pilates Mat and Wunda Chair Classes are 55 minutes each unless noted
otherwise. Yoga Classes are 75 minutes each unless noted otherwise. All
classes require advanced registration. Instructors, classes and sessions are
subject to change without notice. Please be prompt. Classes start
on time.
If you are new to Pilates or yoga, we recommend doing our Introductory
Package before taking a group class.
