Pilates Equipment Circuit Special - 10 + 1

Learn how to work on various pieces of Pilates equipment in a group setting. Classes cover the classical syllabus emphasizing form, rhythm and transitions. This class utilizes the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrel and mat and is the best value for those looking for equipment experience at a lower cost than a private session. Sign up for 10 sessions and get the 11th session free. Pre-registration is required for all Equipment Classes. Cost: $550

Pilates Instructor Masterclass

Join 2nd Generation Pilates Instructor, Presenter and Pilates Teacher Trainer Adriene Ingalls for a weekly Group Class devoted to Pilates Instructors. Spend an hour a week having fun and indulging your body with fellow Instructors in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.
Fridays: 3:00-3:55 pm; Cost: $35

Yoga Instructor Masterclass

Join Yoga Instructor, Yoga Therapist and Yoga Teacher Trainer Adriene Ingalls for a weekly Group Class devoted to Yoga Instructors. Spend an hour a week having fun and indulging your body with fellow Instructors in a comfortable, non-competitive environment.
Saturdays: 8:15-9:15 am; Cost: $35
