Prenatal Yoga
Premier Pilates & Yoga offers Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga private sessions as well as group classes specifically for the pre-and post pregnant client. Exercising during pregnancy provides you with less physical discomfort and more energy and gives you the strength you need for labor and a quick recovery after birth.

Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga is a great way to complement both Bradley and Lamaze
birthing classes. Your baby is welcome to attend all Post-partum Yoga group classes.
We recommend that babies are at least 6 months and up to 12 months only to take
the classes. Be sure to stay well hydrated, especially if you are breast feeding.
We encourage you to bring a water bottle to class.
